Ground Weekly is operated by FRAMLY SAC, a company registered in Peru, which acts as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.

1. Information we collect

When you use Ground Weekly we collect: (a) account data (email, name) you provide at sign-up; (b) usage data (summaries read, favorites, progress); (c) technical data (browser type, IP, device) for service optimization.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to: (a) provide and improve the Service; (b) process payments and manage subscriptions; (c) communicate important updates; (d) ensure platform security.

3. Storage and security

Your data is stored on established cloud infrastructure and protected with industry-standard measures, including HTTPS/TLS encryption for data in transit. Payment data is handled entirely by Paddle and is never stored by us. See the Security page for more detail.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with: (a) payment processors (Paddle) for billing; (b) infrastructure providers for hosting; (c) authorities when required by law. We do not train AI models on your personal data.

5. International transfers

Ground Weekly serves users worldwide, and our service providers (such as Paddle and our hosting provider) may process data outside your country, including outside Peru and the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

6. Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account or request deletion, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal or accounting obligations.

7. Your rights

You have the right to: (a) access your data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request its deletion; (d) export it in a portable format; (e) withdraw your consent. To exercise these, write to us at contact@groundtech.ai. In the European Economic Area you have additional rights under the GDPR, including filing a complaint with your local authority; in Brazil, equivalent rights apply under the LGPD.

8. Children

Ground Weekly is a professional tool intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. The latest version will always be available on this page.
