Refund Policy

Ground Weekly is operated by FRAMLY SAC, a company registered in Peru. All subscription payments are processed through Paddle, acting as our Merchant of Record. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
1. What you are buying
Ground Weekly offers a paid subscription to a digital scientific library ($2.99/month · $29.99/year). Access is immediate after payment; it is a continuous-access digital service that renews automatically each period until you cancel.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will keep access until that date. There are no cancellation penalties.
3. Refunds
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase or of a renewal. Refunds are handled by Paddle under its Refund Policy and your legal rights based on your country of residence. Once approved, the amount is returned to the original payment method.
4. How to cancel or request a refund
You have three options:
- From the link in your Paddle purchase confirmation email.
- In Paddle's buyer portal: paddle.net.
- By writing to us at contact@groundtech.ai and we will help you process it.
5. Timing
Requests are usually reviewed within a few business days. The time for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
