1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Ground Weekly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Ground Weekly is operated by FRAMLY SAC, a company registered in Peru. You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have legal capacity to enter into a contract, to use the Service.
2. Description of the service
Ground Weekly is a web platform that publishes summaries of peer-reviewed scientific literature on animal production. The Service includes web access to the summaries, retrieval of citations with their DOI, and related features. The summaries are decision-support and educational tools; final technical responsibility rests with the professional who uses them.
3. User accounts
To use the Service you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription, billing and automatic renewal
The Service offers a free plan and a paid subscription ($2.99/month · $29.99/year), billed through our payment processor (Paddle). Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and the applicable fee is charged automatically to your payment method until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. If prices change, we will give notice before the change applies to a renewal.
5. Refund policy
All payments are processed by Paddle, acting as our Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled under Paddle's Refund Policy. You may request a refund by contacting Paddle at paddle.net, using the link in your confirmation email, or writing to us at contact@groundtech.ai. Eligibility is subject to Paddle's terms and to your legal rights under your country of residence. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying AI models; (b) use automated tools to bulk-download content; (c) redistribute or commercially resell the summaries without authorization.
7. Intellectual property
The Service —its design, synthesis, and proprietary content— is the property of FRAMLY SAC. The cited scientific content remains the intellectual property of its original authors and publishers.
8. Disclaimer
The Service provides AI-assisted summaries derived from scientific literature. While we strive for the highest accuracy, they should not be considered veterinary, nutritional, medical, or legal advice. Always consult qualified professionals.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRAMLY SAC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination —including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability— will continue to apply.
11. Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify significant changes by email or in the application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the competent courts of Lima, Peru, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
